According to this blog post: https://onur.website/blog-en/icloud-drive-directory-location/ local copy of iCloud drive files is stored in ~/Library/Mobile Documents/com~apple~CloudDocs/ folder. You may try to point FRV to this folder If your files are not downloaded to 'local copy', FRV is unable to access them.
