Are you using the current version of FastRawViewer? Do you have "HEIF/HEIC files support" checked in FastRawViewer Preferences, "File Formats"? If so, and .HIF files are still not displayed, please upload a sample HIF file showing the problem to any file exchange service (some of the free ones are Dropbox, Google Drive, WeTransfer) and send the link to support@fastrawviewer.com
