In hotfolder mode FastRawViewer rescans the folder being monitored and reposition to last appeared file.
I'm not sure that this behavior is needed in normal mode.On the contrary, users will be shocked if, when a new file appears in a folder, the program repositions itself to it.For this reason, Hotfolder mode is a separate special mode.
