Drag and drop does not move files

When i drag and drop image thumbnail to _Rejected subfolder using tree navigation on the left side, program creates copy even though i hold Shift key and my cursor change from "+" (copy) to "->" (move).

Internal drop to folder tree is configured via Preferences - File operations - Drop file(s) to folder tree setting.

Meanwhile we suggest to use shortcuts or Menu - File - Copy/Move/Move to _Rejected or context menu operations for file copy/move, not drops to Folders tree.
