Win10 Home v. 10.0. Build 19042
FRV v.2.0.1
In FRV listing of available folders on the C drive, the Desktop folder is missing. Cannot get FRV to show any desktop folders. A continuing nuisance to offload the folder I am editing images from to another location on the drive in order to access Canon CR3s RAW files with Fast Raw Viewer.

Your Desktop folder is in C:
Your Desktop folder is in C:\Users\your-windows-home-folder\Desktop
FastRawViewer do not display quick access shortcuts (Desktop, Documents, Downloads) outside of folders tree.
You may drag folder from your desktop to FRV window (or icon) to open it.
