Do any non-exposure camera settings effect Bayer data in raw file?

Using Canon 5DSR and Nikon 850 as examples, do any of the camera settings effect the values of the Bayer data in the raw file? Of course, this excludes exposure settings like Av, Tv, exposure compensation, and ISO.

Dear Sir:
 
Long exposure noise reduction, ISO setting, vibration reduction / image stabilization, the raw format you choose (crop, type of compression), sometimes vignetting compensation - such things do have effect on the raw data.
 
Exposure is only light in the scene, actual shutter speed, and taking aperture, not ISO, and not exposure compensation.
