Printable keyboard shortcuts in one file?

Has anyone got a PDF or other file type with all the keyboard shorts in one file?  All I can find on the internet is images.

F1 key will open browser window with current shortcuts set.

Dyslexia inhibits the use of images. To improve my work flow I need print a modified version. This would be a great help. If such a file exist please email to Dstead@tri-m.com
