Convert Fujifilm Monochrome file?

I'm thinking about having a Fujifilm X body converted to monochrome. Fujifilm Xtrans sensors are different than more common Bayer sensors. Does anyone know if Monochrome2DNG will work with these files? Thanks!

Yes, X-Trans CFA requires different demosaic methods, but Monochrome2DNG is designed to avoid demosaic step for monochrome-converted (CFA removed) sensors. So, yes, Monochrome2DNG works with BW-converted Fuji X-trans cameras.
