Batch date changes

I inadvertently selected June instead of May in my camera for all photos taken over almost a month of travel in Botswana and Malawi. Is there an easy way in FastRawViewer to batch change just the month from 6 to 5 in all the photos, without changing the day or year? Or if not in FRV, any other simple way?

FastRawViewer doesn't change metadata for raw files, and only very limited changes are available for JPEGs (ratings, labels).

You can edit metadata with ExifTool https://exiftool.org or maybe using one of the GUI wrappers built around it. Many are listed at https://exiftool.org/#links under 'Related Utilities'.

Please make sure you are not re-writing the original files, especially when doing tests.
