Choosing multiple folders and open in tabs

I've been using Photo Mechanic for a few years, but it's slow. Trying the FRV trial version and it's much faster. I've made up my mind and will buy the full version. However, I couldn't find an option to choose multiple folders and open them in tabs like Photo Mechanic. Please view the screenshot and see what I mean. I've searched the Forum and the PDF Manual but couldn't find it. Could someone please show me how to do it? Also, a search feature in the Forum would be very useful.
