In the Exif data, can you display the exposure speed?

Do you mean shutter speed? If so, it is displayed.

I did mean shutter speed. I just went back and noticed it is in the very top of the Exif data. I was looking at the lines below the first line. I'm brand new to FRV, so now I know.

With default settings, shutter speed and aperture are displayed in EXIF summary string (1st line of EXIF panel data)
One may customize this panel, see 'EXIF Panel' section in 'Information Panel settings' manual chapter: https://www.fastrawviewer.com/usermanual17/panel-settings
