photo's wont open in photoshop

Hi.
I did a new install off windows 10 and Fastrawviewer latest version (1.4.9 1358 X64 open gl).
But the photo's wont open in photoshop?

  • Adobe Photoshop Version: 20.0.0 20180920.r.24 2018/09/20: 1193433  x64
  • Operating System: Windows 10 64-bit
  • Version: 10 or greater 10.0.17763.1
  • System architecture: Intel CPU Family:6, Model:10, Stepping:7 with MMX, SSE Integer, SSE FP, SSE2, SSE3, SSE4.1, SSE4.2, AVX, AVX2, HyperThreading
  • Physical processor count: 2
  • Logical processor count: 4
  • Processor speed: 10 MHz

Dear Sir:

One of the options is to go to FastRawViewer Preferences -> "External Editors" and set the path to Photoshop manually (pressing "..." button), the other is to download and install https://www.fastrawviewer.com/blog/FastRawViewer-1-4-10-release-candidate

Well it did work with no problems before.
i just installed 1-4-10 release candidate.
And it see that i have photoshop installed, and asks if i want to use it.
But still, it wont start photoshop.
Every other program starts within fastrawviewer and is no problem.
I think now its photoshop whats have the problem, and will look in to it.
Thx for your time.. and release candidate.

I did find a solution
This version dident work
Adobe Photoshop-versie: 19.1.4 20180507.r.325 2018/05/07: 1170750  x64
I just installed a version older, and it works.
Adobe Photoshop Version: 20.0.0 20180920.r.24 2018/09/20: 1193433  x64
so the problem was not fastrawviewer, thx.
