FRV keeps writing a file to my CFExpress card

4 weeks ago, I noticed a file on my CFExpress card when downloading raw photos to the PC.
I formatted my card, but it just reappeared on the next download.
I formatted on the PC and then again in camera, but it keeps re-appearing. Can someone tell me what this is?

This is NIKON001.DSC file,
This is NIKON001.DSC file, Nikon themselves write it. FastRawViewer icon only means that you've associated .DSC files with FastRawViewer, not that FastRawViewer writes those files.
