Dark mode of screen

I want to know if the mode of the screen, that is in, what I call Dark Mode, can be changed to the Light Mode?  I have a bit of difficulty seeing some of the small print on the screen in dark mode.  Thank you.

There is no single button 'mode change', but you can tune main window background, panels color scheme, font size via Prefererces -> Interface and Preferences -> Panels
