FR: Shadow boost and Highlight inspection for Multi-window
Forums:
I use focus stacking for much of my work, and will typically compare two images at the beginning or end of the stack using Multi-window to find images that are not in focus anywhere, and reject them.
It can be difficult to evaluate sharpness in the shadow areas, so it would be a huge help if Shadow boost and Highlight inspection would work on all images in Multi-window mode, not just on the main image.
Hope this is possible to implement.

When 'copy from main window
With 'copy from main window to window#N' operation, the image is copied as it is rendered in the main window, including the Shadow Boost effect.
It isn't possible to re-render images in the secondary windows, so shadow boost on/off switch will not affect secondary windows (and it is almost impossible to implement without huge internals change).
We'll consider applying the current state of shadow boost (and highlights inspection) for an image dragged into a secondary window for some next intermediate update.

OK, I'll look forward to that, thank you.
